Christian Education and Formation


Sunday Schedule:
10 am Church School for children preschool - 6th grade
(held during the service - children will be escorted in to join their families at communion)

Wednesdays:
5:30 pm - 6:30 pm Rite 13 in the League Room
Rite 13 is a curriculum designed for students in grades 6 - 8 as they transition from childhood into adulthood, a pivotal point in faith formation. Rite 13 students learn about and discuss a variety of topics from self-image to prayer to other religions and worldviews.

Christian Education for Adults:
Sundays at 9:15 am Scripture Study in the League Room




Craig Dressler, Program Assistant
Craig graduated from Westminster College in May 2008 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Religion (Christian Tradition) and Music (Pipe Organ). He studied organ in the studio of Dr. Elizabeth A. Harrison. While studying at Westminster, Craig worked in the departments of Music, Residence life and Religious life. He is a member of the Erie Chapter of the American Guild of Organists and a board member for Protestant Campus Ministry at Penn State Behrend.

Craig is passionate about Christian education for children and adults of all ages that will foster growth and spiritual maturity. His responsibilities include: Christian education, programming, assisting with the music program, lay leadership for worship services, and outreach ministries. Craig is always available to assist the Cathedral community in any way possible and can be contacted at the Cathedral office.
